| Vantage Point is trying to be an arty action flick, a rare realm to succeed in. Face-Off this ain't. In the first 45 minutes, we watch the same 7 minutes of film five or six times. Boring does not describe it right: it is humorous. Instead of saying "wow how cool" we say "ok, this is impossible to get involved in". Then we start laughing at the cliches thrown at us - double agents, plots crossing, plot twists galore, suicide bombers, eugh! Someone make the pain stop! Every bit of acting is wasted and the dialoge is so over the top it is unintentionally funny. The one good thing I'd say is that the cinematography is pretty good. Otherwise, skip this one.
